Hodgetts Estates have received planning approval for their CORE 1 bigbox unit at CORE 42 Tamworth. The CORE 1 unit will be 345,414 sqft with 15m clear height, 50m yard, 221 car parking spaces, 84 HGV parking spaces on a plot size of 16.89 acres. The unit will benefit from direct access onto A5 and significant road frontage. When fully developed CORE 42 could bring as many as 1000 jobs to the North Warwickshire area.
